Our Policy

All returns must be returned with in 30 days of date the item was received, no exceptions.
After 30 days - store credit only can be processed.
All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials.
If an item has been worn, a 50% restocking fee will be accessed.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If an order with "Waived Shipping Fee" is being returned, $12.00 will be deducted from your refund if your initial order becomes Less then $130 due to the return.
Customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchanges to Vegan Chic.
We make every effort to indicate the shoes we sell run large or small. However there is no universal regulation of shoe size. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering in and effort to deliver the correct size. Sizing issues are not considered product defects, so customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to Exchange an Item or get a Refund

To ensure that your request is processed accurately and promptly, you must follow these steps:

You must complete the Returns and Exchange Form sheet included with your order. Fill out the form (make sure to tell us whether you'd like a refund, store credit, or an exchange) and include it in the box being returned.

The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials. Shoes must be returned with the shoe-box they were contained in - both the shoes and the shoe-box must be shipped in another box (either the box they shipped in, or a suitable and durable containing box). We regret we cannot provide refund, exchange or store credit for shoes not returned in this way, are imperfect or are shipped only in the shoe box, or without the original shoe-box. Shoes that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender or a restocking fee equal to 50% of item value of the product at the time of purchase, will be charged.

We recommend you ship the package insured, signature request for your own protection.

Vegan Chic Offers One Free Exchange Domestically
(You pay for returning the item and we cover the 2nd shipment to you )
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition, we will exchange the item and send you your exchange at no cost to you, issue a store credit, or issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, less original shipping charges.

Credit Card Refunds

All refunds will be processed to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

International (non-Contiguous United States) Returns.

Packages shipped to destinations not within the contiguous United States will have a 30-day limit on returns.

We encourage you to email us prior to ordering with any size concerns, as we do not offer free exchanges for International Orders. (You are responsible for shipping cost both ways)
